Kettlebells are for everyone and they allow you to get a workout appropriate to your goals in a short amount of time while focusing on MOVEMENT instead of sitting on machines. I can/will incorporate machines when needed but we will do 90% of our training while standing up.
I specialize in functional fitness and kettlebells for fat loss. Through my Kettlebell Quest certification, I certified 1,000 other personal trainers in my personal style of fitness who in turn helped thousands of others reach their fitness goals.

Personal Training
Whether you want to build muscle or lose weight, incorporating strength training into your routine is key. Having more lean muscle means your body burns more calories at rest.
Team Training
Basic strength training via barbell deadlifts, squats, overhead presses, and chin-up progressions allows us to build muscle very quickly. The stronger you are, the more calories you can burn!
60:00 Session
Warmup, mobility, strength training (every thing is included in this session length).
30:00 Session
Warmup and strength training only (These sessions focus solely on weight training).
